Today we want to highlight an amazing, brave cat and the man who adopted her right here in Flagstaff. A pregnant cat, Ellie, was found in pretty bad shape hiding under cars in an apartment complex. She had open wounds, was limping, and needed food. A resident named Andrew found her and immediately called Ark Cat Sanctuary for help. Soon, Ellie was safely placed with a foster family. Andrew wanted to make sure Ellie was okay so he and the foster communicated, shared pictures, and Andrew even came to visit and bring supplies every week! This lasted through her pregnancy and up until her and her SEVEN kittens were ready for adoption. At that point, Andrew adopted Ellie and one of her kittens, Mari. This man not only saved Ellie’s life but invested in her and her kittens. Now Ellie and Mari are safe and happy in their forever home.
